Respect Services provides two choices for those seeking citizenship in Dominica:

Economic Diversification Fund:

Requires a non-refundable contribution starting from 200,000 USD. The contribution amount increases with the inclusion of family members in the application.

Real Estate Investment:

Involves purchasing a share in a government-approved real estate project starting at 200,000 USD.

Program Terms & Conditions
  • The minimum age requirement for the main applicant is 18 years of age.
  • The applicant and dependents included must not hold a criminal record.
  • The applicant and dependents included must complete a medical examination.
  • The applicant must make the appropriate investment.
  • In case of previous UK visa refusals (or any dependent member included in the application), the applicant cannot apply to this program unless he/she applied for the visa again and has it issued on his/her passport.
  • The main applicant is required to undergo an interview either virtually or in person.
  • Citizens of Yemen, Russia, Belarus, and Northern Iraq (Kurdistan Region) are not allowed to apply.
  • The program requires a mandatory interview for every applicant 16 years and above during the Due-Diligence process.
  • The submission of applications is exclusively through authorized agents, and applications cannot be submitted directly to the Citizenship by Investment Unit. 
Eligible Family Members

that can be included in an application:

  • The spouse of the current main applicant can be added.
  • Single children (student) until the age of 30.
  • A child of the main applicant or the spouse of the main applicant between the ages of 18 and 30 who attends a recognized institution of higher learning and is fully supported by the main applicant or the spouse of the main applicant.
  • Children with special needs (no age limit).
  • Children of the main applicant or the spouse above the age of 18 who are mentally or physically challenged and fully dependent on the main applicant can be added.
  • Parents and grandparents 65 years old and above for main applicant and spouse.

Step 1
  • Gathering required documents.
  • Initial payment (government process & Due Diligence fees).
  • File is completed to be submitted.
  • Payment of the second stage fees.
  • Submission of application to the government.
  • Due Diligence process starts.
  • If initial comments are provided by the CIU (additional information or documents required), coordination with the applicant is necessary to address them.
  • Receiving an approval letter from the government.
  • Third stage payment required based on chosen investment option.
