    • Located in the Leeward Islands, a federal two-islands’ nation in the West Indies (2,000 km to the southeast of Miami).
    • The capital city and headquarter of  the government for the federated state is Basseterre.
    • Area: 261 Sq. km (104 Sq. Mile).
    • Population (in 2017): 55,345.

    • Currency: East Caribbean Dollar (EC$) and it is tied to the US Dollar.
    • Independence from the UK: 19 September 1983.

    • The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank has its headquarter in St. Kitts. The bank looks after the currency and fiscal and monetary policies of about nine different territories.
    • No prior residency or visit requirements for the citizenship.
    • Citizens of St. Kitts & Nevis can hold dual citizenship, and the acquisition of  citizenship is not reported to other countries.
    • There are no income or capital gains taxes, no net wealth taxes and no inheritance taxes in St. Kitts & Nevis.
    • When acquiring the citizenship under the St. Kitts & Nevis citizenship program, the applicant and his family members enjoy full lifelong citizenship that can be passed to future generations by descent.
    • The St. Kitts & Nevis passport is a very well-regarded passport. As citizens of St. Kitts & Nevis, the applicant and his family members are issued passports (Ranked 25th worldwide) that allow visa-free travel to 133 countries, including the UK, all of the EU, Hong Kong, Singapore and many other counties.

    The Citizenship Program

    • The citizenship program was established in 1984.
    • One of the oldest and most respected programs leading to full citizenship and passport.
    • The main applicant should be above the age of 18.
    • The application includes the main applicant, spouse, financially dependents children under the age of 30 subject that they are full-time students (Without gap years) as well as dependent parents over the age of 55 who live with the applicant and depend on him financially.
    • All family members included in the application should have a clear medical and security records.
    • Applicants from Iran and Afghanistan are restricted from this program.

    Program Steps:

    1. The applicant signs the Service Agreement with RESPECT and pays 50% of the legal fees and the required fees to start the application process.
    2. The applicant submits/sends by email colored copies of his and all his family members’ passports, and accordingly security checks will start (Varies depending on the case).
    3. The applicant submits needed documents and undergoes the medical examination. The applicant is requested to submit a written explanation for why he is not able to submit any of the needed documents.
    4. The applicant indicates which investment option he will be choosing (Financial Contribution or Real-Estate), then signs the related applications.
    5. Once the application is complete, RESPECT submits the application to the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) of Saint Kitts.
    6. Once the final approval is issued (Within 3-6 months from submitting the complete application) the applicant transfers the application fees (Citizenship fees) and the balance of the real-estate investment (If applicable).
    7. In 4-8 weeks from receiving the transfer, the CIU issues the Certificate of Registration (Citizenship Certificates).
    8. Afterwards, the passport applications and fees must be submitted. Within 2 weeks from submission, the passports are issued.
    9. Once passport copies are received, the applicant is due to transfer the final payment (50% of Legal fees), then passports are delivered to the applicant.


    Option 1: Non-Refundable Contribution Option:

    1- Contribution (Application fees):

    Main Applicant $150,000
    Main Applicant, Spouse and up to 2 dependents $195,000
    Additional Dependent (Regardless of the age) $10,000

    2- Fees:

    Due-Diligence fees for the Main Applicant $7,500
    Due-Diligence fees for the Spouse $4,000
    Due-Diligence fees for Dependents over 16 $4,000
    Application & Passport fees (For each member) $1,000

    Option 2: Real-Estate Investment Option:

    1- Real Estate (Can be sold after 5 years):

    Single Applicant $50,000
    Each dependent above the age of 18 $35,000
    Each dependent below the age of 18 $25,000

    2- Fees:

    Due-Diligence fees for the Main Applicant $7,500
    Due-Diligence fees for the Spouse $4,000
    Due-Diligence fees for Dependents over 16 $4,000
    Application & Passport fees (For each member) $1,000
    Real-Estate Insurance & Registration fees 5% $20,000
    Legal fees will apply

    3- Real-Estate Investment = a minimum of $430,000.

    • In case two applicants shared the real estate project, the investment amount will be reduced to $220,000.
    • The real estate investment can be sold after 5 years, or 7 years in case it was a part of the certified tourism projects.
    • Approved real estate projects (Tourism projects) are expected to yield a return on investment that covers most of the expenses paid within the 7 years.

    Payment Schedule
    First payment within the 1st month Upon signing the agreement 50% of the professional fees + full legal fees
    Due-Diligence fees depending on the number of family members and ages
    In case of Real-Estate investment: Applicant pays 10% of the Real-Estate value.
    Second payment within 3-6 months After receiving the approval (Should be paid within 30 days) Paying the Financial Contribution fees (or Real Estate Investment balance + Registration fees)

    General Documents Requirements:
    • The spelling of each applicant’s name must be consistent/identical throughout all forms, documents, and translations.
    • Documents must be recent (Issued within 3 months).
    • All required copies of the documents must be clear.
    • All needed documents should be submitted to the CIU in one set.
    • Respect will be handling the translation and the authentication of the documents through the company’s lawyer in Dubai.
