      • No physical residency requirements in Saint Lucia in order to obtain the citizenship.
      • No interview requirements before issuing the initial approval except in cases specified by the government.
      • No specific level of education or experience in management.

      • When obtaining the citizenship through this program, the applicant and his family members enjoy lifelong citizenship.
      • Applicants cannot apply if their income is generated in one of the following countries: Iran, Syria, Sudan and North Korea.

    The Citizenship Program

    • Saint Lucia citizenship through investment program was established in 2015. The program grants the applicant full Saint Lucia citizenship and passport in 3 months from application submission date.
    • Submission of applications can be done exclusively through authorized service providers and cannot be made directly to the Department of citizenship through investment.
    • The applicant can choose one of these program options:
      1. The Financial Contribution Option
      2. The Real-Estate Investment Option
      3. Government Bonds Option
      4. Establishing a Commercial Project Option

    Program Terms and Conditions

    1. Main applicant must be at least 18 years old.
    2. The application includes the main applicant, spouse, and single children under the age of 25, provided that they are students without interrupted education. The application also includes the parents over the age of 65 who live with the applicant and are financially dependent on him.
    3. Clear criminal records for each family member.
    4. Each Family member passes the medical test successfully.

    Program Steps:

    1. The applicant signs the Service agreement with RESPECT and pays 50% of the legal fees, processing fees and due diligence.
    2. Security checks start for the main applicant and his family members.
    3. The applicant submits all needed documents and undergoes the required medical tests.
    4. In case of real estate Investment: Applicant chooses his property of investment and pays the first payment (10% of property value) then adds the purchase contract to his file.
    5. Once completed, the file will be submitted to the citizenship by investment authorities in Saint Lucia.
    6. Once the application is studied and the security check is completed, the ministry declares its decision about the citizenship request.
    7. Upon issuance of the approval letter, the citizenship unit issues transfer instructions for the financial contribution and, in case of real estate investment, the transfer instruction for the remaining balance of the property value.
    8. The applicant makes the transfer and once received, the Citizenship Certificates will be issued then passports are issued, respectively.
    9. Passports are renewed easily by sending them to the specialized department in Saint Lucia or to through the consular representatives of Saint Lucia without the need of travelling and being physically present.

    • An applicant may re-sell his property to any buyer (Non-program applicant) after 5 years from purchasing date.
    • Throughout the 5 years, most approved real estate projects are expected to yield returns on investment that would cover all initial cost.

    • The spelling of each applicant’s name must be consistent/identical throughout all forms, documents, and translations.
    • Documents must be recent (issued within 3 months).
    • All required copies of the documents must be clear.
    • All needed documents should be submitted to the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) in one set.
    • Respect will be handling the translation and the authentication of documents through the company’s lawyer in Dubai.
