This year’s event, themed “CONNECT, COLLABORATE, CELEBRATE,” was a great opportunity to showcase the economic potential of St. Kitts and Nevis and to build valuable connections.
Day 1: Welcome Reception
The summit commenced on July 10th with a grand Welcome Reception at the St. Kitts Marriott Resort. The evening set the tone for the days ahead, with attendees gathering for a delightful cocktail party, initiating connections amidst a backdrop of elegant flair.
Day 2: A Day of Connection in St. Kitts
July 11th began with arrival and registration, followed by a warm welcome from the Master of Ceremony, His Excellency Larry Vaughan and a word from Mr. Michael Martin, Head of the St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment unveiling the new Citizenship by Investment Statutory Body, the revised investment options and the future of the Programme.
Later that day, attendees were treated to cultural presentations, keynote speeches, and an immersive scenic railway tour, highlighting the island’s rich history and natural beauty.
Day 3: A Day of Collaboration
On July 12th, the focus was on collaboration with presentations on sustainable investment and economic development. Panel discussions covered topics like food production, energy, and resource management. The evening featured a Gala Dinner hosted by Hon. Prime Minister Dr. Terrance Drew, celebrating progress and unity.
Day 4: A Day of Celebration and Excursion to Nevis
On July 13th, attendees embarked on an excursion to Nevis, experiencing its rich heritage and vibrant culture. The day included a tour of heritage sites, a delightful lunch at Sunshine’s Beach Bar and Grill, and a scenic sunset cruise back to St. Kitts, providing breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea.
Day 5: Farewell
The summit concluded on July 14th with a Farewell Breakfast at Kittitian Hill, hosted by Prime Minister Dr. Terrence Drew. Attendees reflected on the insights gained and connections made during the summit. The event wrapped up with a tour of Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, offering a blend of history, culture, and natural beauty, leaving guests with cherished memories of their time in St. Kitts and Nevis.
