What is the CBI Index?
The CBI Index evaluates each program against nine key pillars, including due diligence, ease of processing, investment options, citizenship timeline, and certainty of product. Scores across these pillars provide investors with a trusted, data-driven comparison of the world’s CBI options.
Maintaining the #1 ranking for five years reaffirms the Federation’s global leadership in transparency, integrity, and investor confidence. Since its establishment in 1984, St. Kitts and Nevis has remained the first and the finest Citizenship by Investment program.
Excellence Across All Nine Pillars
In the 2025 CBI Index, St. Kitts and Nevis achieved an overall score of 87%, excelling across all nine pillars and ranking first in four categories:
- Ease of Processing: perfect score of 10
- Due Diligence: perfect score of 10
- Certainty of Product: perfect score of 10
- Citizenship Timeline: 9 points
