The application includes the main applicant, spouse, and their financial dependents children who are single and under the age of 30

(Full-time students without gaps in their education history), as well as single and financially dependent siblings under the age of 30, and financially dependent parents over the age of 55 who live with the applicant.

  • Afghanistan and Iran citizens are restricted to apply to this program.
  • Citizens of Saint Kitts and Nevis can hold dual citizenship, and the acquisition of citizenship is not reported to other countries.
  • In case of previous visa refusals on the applicant’s current passport (or any family member) from one of the countries that allows the holder of St. Kitts passport to enter without a visa (UK, Schengen), the applicant cannot apply to this program unless he/she has applied for the same visa and have it issued on his/her passport.
