As part of their ongoing efforts to strengthen their foreign relations in facilitating the movement of their citizens, and to expand the country’s diplomatic footprint around the world, the Government of Saint Kitts and Nevis signed in New York, 26 January 2024, a visa waiver agreement with the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The agreement was signed by the Permanent Representative of Saint Kitts and Nevis, Her Excellency prof. Mutryce Williams with His Excellency Mr. Akan Rakhmetulli, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the United Nations.

Under the agreement, holders of diplomatic, official, and service passports are allowed visa-free entry into Saint Kitts and Nevis and the Republic of Kazakhstan, for a period not exceeding 90 days.

The agreement aims to strengthen diplomatic ties and facilitate travel for individuals holding these specific categories of passports and highlights the commitment of both countries to strengthening their diplomatic relations.

The Visa Waiver Agreement is a valuable addition to the St. Kitts and Nevis passport and citizenship that can be obtained through the Citizenship by Investment program.
